"W. Kordes' Söhne is one of the world's oldest, largest and most respected breeders of rose plants for cutroses and gardenroses, suitable for greenhouse and outdoor cutflower production and established under all climatic conditions all over the world.

The breeding and the biggest part of plant production of garden roses takes place in our principal house in Germany. Here, the new breedings are subdivided in cutroses for greenhouses, outdoor cutroses, and also gardenroses in climbers, shrub roses, parkroses, miniatures roses, bedroses, groundcover roses and nostalgia roses. All in all the main company is producing about 3,5 millions of rose bushes each year, which are for dispatch to whole sellers and to private households.

Varieties in every color imaginable that fit every floral need. Every Kordes rose variety represents the culmination of years of research and testing by our hybridizers and rose specialists. Before introducing a new variety, its merits are carefully evaluated for such qualities as color, size, form, vase life, productivity, disease resistance and fragrance.
